Police: Man, woman killed in Rocky Mount murder-suicide

Rocky Mount, N.C. — A 59-year-old Rocky Mount man and a Virginia woman died late Friday in an apparent murder-suicide on Lessie Trail, Rocky Mount police said. 

According to investigators, Timothy Joreski, of the 4300 block of Lessie Trail, shot and killed Terri Lynn Clark, 41, of Norfolk, Va., before shooting himself. 

Police said the two were acquaintances, but did not release any other information.
