Police: Man robbed gas station in north Raleigh
A man was taken into custody Thursday morning after police say he held a clerk at gunpoint and robbed a gas station in north Raleigh.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A man was taken into custody Thursday morning after police say he held a clerk at gunpoint and robbed a gas station in north Raleigh.
The incident happened around 12:45 a.m. at the Kangaroo Express on Louisburg Road, near New Hope Road.
Police said the suspect took off running but was arrested about 1 mile away.
No one was hurt.
