BURLINGTON, N.C. — Burlington police are looking for three individuals who held Waffle House employees at gunpoint early Wednesday morning.

Police responded to the restaurant, located at 2701 Alamance Road, around 3 a.m. Witnesses informed officers that three hooded people with hand guns entered the business and demanded money from employees behind the counter.

The thieves fled in a car with an unknown amount of money. A description of the car was not provided.

Police said there were two employees and one customer inside at the time of the incident. No one was hurt.

Police are looking for the following individuals seen on security cameras:

  • Black female, 5 to 5 feet 5 inches tall, medium build, wearing a gray hoodie and black athletic pans with 3 red stripes down the sides
  • Black male, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, wearing a red hoodie with a red horizontal stripe across the shoulders and black athletic pants with a wide white stripe down the leg.
  • Black male, 6 feet tall, medium build, wearing a multi-colored hoodie, (green torso, purple arms and yellow hood) and white high top shoes.
