Police locate missing 13-year-old girl in Chapel Hill

Kayla Orr, 13, has been located and is safe, officials said.

Orr is described as a black female who stands 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 115 lbs. She was last seen on Sunday at 8:15 p.m. in the area of 307 Colony Woods Drive. She was wearing a dark gray hoodie, black Adidas pants with a white stripe and black Vans shoes.
