Police ask for assistance to locate Winston-Salem man

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Authorities are asking the public’s help in locating a man who walked away from an assisted living facility on Saturday.

Charles Dean Tullock, 62, left the Dogwood Family Assisted Living facility and has since been seen traveling in Winston-Salem on foot.

Tullock is described as 5-foot-3 and about 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue coat, grey or black sweatshirt and a knit cap.

Tullock has walked away from the facility for several days on numerous occasions in the past two years and has often been located on North Patterson Avenue or North Liberty Street, authorities said. He has also been known to walk around the downtown area.

Anyone having seen Tullock or having information on his whereabouts is requested to contact the Winston-Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700.
