Police Arrest Peeping-Tom Suspect

Police arrested a Durham man they believe committed a peeping tom incident close to the Duke University's campus early Sunday.

DURHAM, N.C. — Police arrested a Durham man they believe committed a peeping tom incident close to the Duke University's campus early Sunday.

Officers responded to calls about suspicious activity around Campus Walk Avenue around 1:20 a.m.

They arrested James E. Cody, 54, of 2301 Albany St., for allegedly being a peeping tom.

Details of the incident were withheld as the investigation continued.
