RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police arrested Steven Juwon Arkel Mack and Bianca Renee Adams and charged them Friday afternoon with the murder of Xavian Jeremiah Graves, found dead at a hotel late Thursday.

Police, called to the hotel in the 2900 block of Capital Boulevard, found Graves, 24, of Raleigh, had been shot multiple times. He was taken to WakeMed, where he was later declared dead, police said.

A man told emergency dispatchers that he saw two people running down the stairs of the hotel as he was walking up, and upon arrival on the third floor found a man lying on the floor covered with blood.
