The Poe Center for Health Education has a new list of resources to help you and the kids stay healthy — and sane — as we're all sticking at home during this coronavirus pandemic.

The list includes information about how to access food and internet services for those in need, along with educational resources, ideas to stay fit and a database of quick ideas to do everything from garden and meal planning to mindfulness.

You can find it all on Poe's website, which will be regularly updated.
The Poe Center, which is based near downtown Raleigh, also recently started a mindfulness series on its YouTube channel with three to five minute videos aimed at helping all of us relax a little bit.
