<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — One person died in a Cumberland County shooting on Sunday morning, deputies say.

The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Cage Street near Hope Mills around 3 a.m.

Crime scene tape surrounded the home, and multiple officers were at the scene.

The identity of the person who was shot was not provided.
