A person fell out of the upper floor of the Hinton James residence hall at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Saturday morning.

UNC police told WRAL News on Saturday that they were still investigating the incident around 3 p.m.

The building is made up of mostly freshmen and is at least 10 stories tall. 

Officials have not released details about how the person fell, or if they were in stable condition.
