Chapel Hill police surrounded a house in Southern Village on Wednesday afternoon, where a person was barricaded. The incident ended by 4:30 p.m.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Chapel Hill police surrounded a house in Southern Village on Wednesday afternoon, where a person was barricaded. The incident ended by 4:30 p.m.
Police did not release the person's name or say why the person was barricaded in the home in the 1000 block of Highgrove Drive.
Two roads were temporarily closed, and Culbreth Middle School was put on lockdown, which has since been lifted.
No other information was released.
