Pedestrian struck by car in Fayetteville

Fayetteville, N.C. — A pedestrian has life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car in Fayetteville Friday night, state troopers said.
An Oldsmobile Cutlass struck a man walking along U.S. Highway 87, near the Deerfield subdivision, around 9:15 p.m., troopers said.
Two people, including the pedestrian, were taken to local hospitals.
