Fayetteville police said a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in a car wreck Saturday night.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Fayetteville police said a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries from being struck by a car Saturday night.

The pedestrian was hit around 8:15 p.m. at 5012 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.

Emergency crews are still on the scene and police are investigating the incident. No information was released about the driver or the victim.

The victim is being transported to Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
