The incident occurred at approximately 7:10 pm Buffaloe Road near New Hope Road.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A pedestrian was killed Sunday evening while crossing Buffaloe Road near New Hope Road.

The crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. According to a crash report, Clevon Khayribe Long, of Raleigh, was hit by a car while crossing the street on foot. Long was wearing dark clothing, and it was raining at the time of the crash.

The crash is currently under investigation. No charges have been filed.
