Pedestrian dies after being struck by car in February
Tommy Rogers, 70, died after being struck by a car in February, the city of Durham said Tuesday.

A Durham man died after being struck by a car in February, the city said Tuesday.
Tommy Rogers, 70, was crossing West Cornwallis Road on Feb. 19 when he was struck by a Kia Optima.
The Kia was driven by Aailyah Jackson, 23, of Chapel Hill.
Rogers was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Investigators determined that speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
No charges have been filed.
