I have some Streets at Southpoint news to report:
PBteen, which offers room decor, furniture and gifts designed for teens, will celebrate the grand opening of its pop-up store at the Durham mall from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday. The store will feature PBteen's holiday collection, including gadgets, fur-inspired bedding and lounge seating, jewelry and beauty storage and its recently launched Burton home collection.

There also will be a designer lab where teens and their parents can create a personalized room on a computer monitor and see it come to life on a TV screen overhead. Onsite design specialists will be able to help teens choose their favorite patterns and styles.

A special promotion: The first 250 customers to "check in" at the new Durham PBteen store via Facebook or create a Wishlist in the Design Lab will receive a free PBteen back sack. Five winners will find a surprise gift card for $250 inside.

Also, Hanna Andersson, the purveyor of very soft, eco-friendly clothes for babies, kids and adults, is scheduled to open at The Streets at Southpoint on or around Nov. 1.
In other news, the candy store It'Sugar opened about a week ago. And Sur La Table, which sells high-end kitchen products, will open at the end of this month.

Happy shopping!
