The Caring Community Foundation's Fifth Annual Pay-It-Forward event was held Saturday night at the Crabtree Valley Marriott.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The Caring Community Foundation's Fifth Annual Pay-It-Forward event was held Saturday night at the Crabtree Valley Marriott.

The Caring Community Foundation gives 100 percent of the money raised to cancer patients. There was a raffle and many items were auction off, including jewelry and getaways to tourist destinations in North Carolina and Colorado.

WRAL-TV 5's Debra Morgan and Charlie Gaddy were a part of the annual event.
