<b>WILLOW SPRING, NC</b> — An overturned dump truck is causing backups in southern Wake County on Tuesday morning.

The truck overturned on N.C. Highway 42 at Barber Bridge Road after 8:30.

NC 42 is closed near Barber Bridge Rd. because of the crash and the closure could last several hours. The circumstances surrounding the crash are not known.
