Laura and Zane at face value is a shop play learn party concept. We've created a space that parents can come and their kids can play. They can play together. They can play with staff. They can shop for trendy quality kids clothing. They can learn and grow together and they can party and celebrate because we truly enjoy the little moments. All of the spaces are connected but have an individual feel. The main room that you walk into is bright and sunny, almost floor to ceiling windows through the whole space. And it has our tower and our tour li slide. It has the grassy space which also has a slide built in. This is what we call our active play room because kids can run, we do obstacle courses. We play hide and seek. There's also a dedicated baby or infant area with a soft ball pit, fuzzy little carpets and a play gym and there's a really cute ballet bar and nearer so that kids can see themselves during tummy time and pull themselves up as they're learning to stand up and walk our art room is very loved. We have daily Crafts, we have something called Draw Alive where their drawings come to life on the screen, which is really amazing to them. Our room upstairs sometimes gets overlooked, but it's very montessori inspired, It's calm. Lots of wooden toys and educational, so there's a shelf for language, math, practical life are imaginative play room features all the dress up and play kitchen and we try to incorporate toys that inspire imaginative play and we rotate those toys regularly. There's a lot of, a lot of favorite toys in there. We have several different classes for kids. We have music class, which is a child and parent class. It's either a 45 minute music class or we do a music and play, which is 30 minutes of music and then 30 minutes of play. We also have a messy art class, which is a lot of fun. We've seen many people walk by and look in the window because it truly is messy art, but it's great for the kids. So that right now is for 1.5 to 3 year olds, kids leave feeling confident and it's a great intro to art and we'll expand that, offering two older kids soon coming in the fall, we have a few more classes. We're gonna do a dance and movement class. Uh, and then also an intro to reading and reading literacy class. We have a variety of curated brands from around the world. And so there are brands that focus on sustainability and organic material. We have sizes zero all the way up to nine, there's clothes, there's shoes, there's lots of gifts and toys and party products which people really like when you come in for an open play, parents do stay with the kids so you can shop, but you can also sit down and work. You can also sit on the floor and play. It's really up to what the parent needs at that time. We hope that coming to a lara enzyme can create a little less chaos in the day, I created it because I wanted a support system for parents, it's support on, on little levels. We're here to make life a little bit easier. People can get more information from our website, which is a large reason dot com. We welcome you to come in and shop or play. Welcome to online. Salt and lime is just our dream of having a different style mexican restaurant that's more Cali Mex or coastal Mex. So kelly max is just a blend of mexican flavors. People are really surprised that we have a lot of unique dishes on the menu. We have a mango salad with chicken. We have kaba roles that are super delicious with a spicy ranch. We have barbecue, mahi tacos have delicious salmon, vera cruz. Everything here is, is made fresh daily. All the juices from the bar to the kitchen and we're very proud of that. You know, the food here is always good, always delicious. A lot of dishes have co following the salmon, we use great Canadian atlantic salmon. We do it with a black bean cake, sauteed spinach in butter with some chili flake a little salt and pepper and then the salmon goes on top and then we do a roll hot sauce. It was just a red pepper, butter, cream sauce, avocado and then a little bit of just PICO on top. Bangkok's from tacos. Just delicious. We do with a mango, pineapple salsa, caribbean salsa with some napa, cabbage and romaine. Mix on the tortilla fried shrimp. We just toss the shrimp in some seasoned flour, Quickly flash fry them and then kind of glaze them with a honey, chipotle glaze. Um, serve those up with some just some really crispy rice noodles and some storage of any surf and turf burrito is by far the most popular shoulder tender. Fresh shrimp sauteed down with some sofrito, a little bit of a little bit of caramelized onions rolled up in a burrito with some rice, a little bit of PICO on top to garnish with fresh cilantro. College Street Chicken is half a chicken but flattened out. We see it on the front top almost all the way on the skin. So you get a nice crispy skin and then we cover it with our adobo sauce served with koso rice, the chicken goes on top of that with some bacon. Really good flavors. We try to make every dish is really flavorful as we possibly can. Our margaritas are super fun. We have over 70 different tequila. So I have 17 different margaritas. We have basil, lime margarita, prickly pear but orange. People really enjoy the balance of a peach, habanero margarita, you know, unique flavors that you don't get everywhere. And it's just something really fun for all kinds of different types and flavors and people that like to travel and enjoy good food and good dreams. Yeah, what we wanted to recreate is what would it be like to, to dine on a beach or dying outside underneath the stars. And it started looking at all of these star lights in these beautiful decorations, having an open ceiling really lended to the atmosphere of being outdoors and that's what we were really going for. It's just a fun kind of beach vibe. The star lights plants everywhere and it's just a really fun environment that people really just enjoy being around. It's just a nice escape and you know, the food complements the hard work that we put into the atmosphere and at the end of the day you got to have something that's a good value. I mean we want them to walk away going, I can't wait to go back. We're very proud of this place. It's taken a lot of hard work and it's just a fun environment. We have great kitchen staff. It's, it's a family that we've created here. You'll really enjoy being here with us and we hope to make your experience super fun and pleasurable where you're going to come back on a date night or bring your friends or family and have a birthday with us. We are located 6006 falls of neuse road. Our website is salt and lime Kabo dot com. The Oba buses essentially traveling yoga studio. We've done thatcher. It's we've done birthday parties. Yeah. Mhm mm Yeah. Welcome to yoga studio. Yoga studio is a movement with heart studio. So not your traditional fitness brick and mortar studio. So movement with heart means that instead of just thinking about what your physical body is doing, it's tapping into what am I feeling today? What do I actually need today and not listening to this. But listening to this, we offer different modalities at yoga studio so that every single day you can choose what your body needs to feel that day for yoga. We only offer pretty much one type of classes kind of are formatted class that is very regimented to help your body live for years and be able to move for years. Bar is a zero impact workout where you use weights, bands, balls and you're barefoot, so you're feeling your own body, no jumping resistance posture. Also at yoga we offer a very high impact class that we recommend only doing one or two days a week just to really get your heart rate up. If that's something that serves your body, we have a different body focus every two weeks. Yoga is here because I couldn't find what I was looking for in my body anywhere else. And I knew just from other teachers that surrounded me at the time that there was a need for it and it's something that really didn't have and I just knew that it would be successful. The young of us was born as we call it, the pandemic blessing. So we were forced to close and I wasn't gonna close, I had to figure out some way for me to still be able to take care of my mental health and my physical health as well as my team. The yoga bus is essentially a traveling Yo bus studio. So it offers the same, unique, warm, inviting welcome that we hope that you get at the studio that can travel anywhere and everywhere. So it's kind of like a beautiful blessing that came out of this year. We plan on bringing it anywhere. We've done bachelorettes, we've done birthday parties, we've done pop up events around the triangle, just with other businesses as well as testing out new markets, you know, coming into a fitness studio is so intimidating and I've done my best to just really try to break the barrier so anybody can come move their body, they just kind of have to get over that initial walk through the door, you can buy classes in folk drop in that can mean you can just show up, walk in and you'll pay a flat fee if you can do live stream, you can do on demand, we have every option. So even if you never really want to come to the studio, but you're just craving our type of movement. We have it for you. I think it's really important that we figure out some type of practice that serves us and Yoba will not be that for everyone. But in our day to day lives we live here. You have to, it's so important to find some type of practice that brings you back to here. The studio is located at 5003 Falls of Neuse Road, which is in Quell Corner shopping centre in North Raleigh. Our website is www dot yoga studio dot com. The Greensboro Science Center is an amazing way to spend the day. We've got an aquarium, we've got a museum. We've got Zoo and we have Sky Wild, which is our Treetop adventure course here at Sky Wild. You can actually act like an animal, go wild up in the trees and mimic their adaptations. It's much more than a zip line. So it's a great way to have some physical activity and of course your zip lines at the end of sort of like your reward. There's so much to do here at the Greensboro Science that are, It's a very awesome way to spend the day. Check out our website Greensboro Science dot org and see all the things you can do here. Bold Raleigh distillery is a craft distillery located in zebulon north Carolina where we specialize in small batch whiskey blends. Our approach to blending is taking uniquely different bourbon or whiskey is with different recipes or mash bills matching those are blending those together to create a unique expression. So to create our blend, I spent two years hand selecting barrels from around the country to come up with our unique blended whiskey. Each small batch uses the same three types of bourbon, but each batch tastes totally different. Our goal was to have a new small batch every two months and in between that would do a limited release. We worked with a local beekeeper here, Baxter's bees at Isabel in and we took three different distinct honeys, blending them together, put them in an empty 17 year bourbon barrel. So we'll do a limited release honey cask finish bourbon to roll out this fall. We went through a lot of planning from the bottle design, to the packaging, to the branding itself and then also the ambiance of the space that we have. We reclaim the lumber from the Rafters as 50 year old time because, and then we went down the street and the local was able and bass wood Werksman helped craft the bar and the table. What I wanted to showcase though was when you walked through the doors, the essence of everything that we do. So the stills right when you walk in. In addition to that, we've got an event space where we host private events, weddings, things such as that and for me, the most exciting aspect of our business is the back end where we house all of our bourbon and our barrels on site here. If you walk back here with me, you'll notice it's a bit warmer relative to the front of our building. And that's because this area is unconditioned space. You want unconditioned space because how whiskey ages is they use the seasonal temperature swings. So this time of year, for example, it's warmer. But what that means is that whiskey is expanding in the barrel deep into the woods as the temperature cools again in the winter, it contracts. So all of that flavor that it picked up in the wood from that bourbon and now pulls back in. So flavors evolve continuously. Our flagship brand is called the old Riley whiskey society and it sounds like something you can join, like a club and it is the thought was that, hey, what if we rolled out a brand where we create unique expressions but also allow for those enthusiasts that want to learn about the art of bourbon or whiskey. They can come here and they can learn about barrel dumping and sampling right out the barrel as we're starting to develop the blend To educational aspects of Bourbon 101. So really just a schoolhouse, if you will, uh, something that we offer here for those that have any sort of appetite for whiskey or bourbon. We also have a selection of craft cocktails, craft beers and then also we've got a wine menu and non alcoholic drinks as well. We try to have a healthy mix of entertainment and events. The steady array of food trucks are here thursday through sunday, we have live music on Fridays and saturday nights. Music bingo on Tuesdays are event space, host of pop up market once a month and I'll host tastings, workshops, educational classes, things like that. Old Riley Distillery is located in the heart of Zeppelin, right in downtown. Check out our website Old Riley Distillery dot com. Well, for it is a very small, quaint historical field to the community itself. Yeah. Mhm. Mhm. Welcome to the Beaufort Hotel. We're glad you're here and visiting us on the crystal coast of north Carolina. Alfred is a very small, quaint historical field to the community itself. It has a almost a laid back, comfortable, relaxed feel to it. There's a lot of local outdoor activities, of things to do on the water or the beaches nearby. The property itself sits on 10 acres as two different buildings. One encompasses the rooms, there's a fitness facility and outdoor pool that's open seasonally a whirlpool and then 34 north, which is the other building encompasses our restaurant and banquet facility. Beaufort Hotel is built on a location that was at one point that man, Hayden fish plant. We've maintained some of the history of that in the building process. When the hotel was originally designed by our owner, they were trying to get the feel of the historical site that they sat upon and also the general feel of what Crystal Coast was. We did a lot with refurbished products from other areas of north Carolina. The floor comes from the heart mill, which is 100 year old cotton mill in Tarboro. The brick is from another mill in Tarboro as well. The products that we use in the guest room for the amenities are very upscale. Each bathroom has its own chandelier, which is very unusual. But you know, that's sort of Wendy's touch. The owner, she had a little pieces of decor designed to each guest room. Um, some of the other amenities that we offer on the property, we have bikes that are rental by full day or half a day. We have golf cart rentals and you can take off carts to go into town into ball for and kayaks and stand up 34° North is a waterfront restaurant that we try to do a little bit for everybody. Local seafood. We partnered with local farms, hand cut steaks with a little bit of creativity, a little bit of flair. I call it upscale casual. You can pull a boat right up to the dock and you can take take out food, but yet you can dress up on a saturday night, but you can go casual in the afternoon and uh, it kind of makes everybody comfortable in north Carolina. You have to have a shrimp and grits. But we do a really good shrimp and grits with tasso ham, Beautiful grouper dishes, Great angus beef. But then we have a great burger with fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese and applewood bacon on a brioche bun. You can't beat it on the beverage side. Uh we saw sort of a need for a whiskey bar. One of the things that we did prior to opening was went to Maker's Mark and we blended our own barrel of bourbon and Maker's Mark. We've got a great wine selection. We have about 18 wine choices by the glass, over 100 by the bottle. We do specialty cocktails that change on a seasonal basis and the beers that we run on tap are all craft beers will always feature two or 3 of the local Carteret County Burgers as well. We have a few different locations to hold events. We have the Rachel Carson ballroom, which is directly above the restaurant. We have great outdoor space. There's three or four different lawns that we can hold events on and then adjacent to us in the boathouse facility on the second floor is a room called the marlin room. That room has a real historical field to it. We do a lot of weddings. There there's a great outdoor deck again that looks over taylors creek. If you're looking for information on the hotel, visit our website Beaufort Hotel, N. C. Dot com. Please sign up for our newsletter. We'll send something out to you once a month. It will just remind you of all the great things that happened in, both for it and not that you need a reason to come and visit, but there'll always be one in there. Mhm, mm. Yeah. Yeah, mm. Mhm. Mhm. Okay. Yeah. Yeah mm.
