Orange County residents invited to comment on bus plan
Orange county residents are invited to offer their input on bus services during a series of public meetings next month.

The county Planning and Inspections Department is partnering with Triangle Transit to host the meetings, which will explore expanding rural and regional bus routes, as well as the Hillsborough Circulator.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
- Aug. 5, 5 to 7 p.m., Fairview Community Policing Center, Fairview Park, 501 Rainey Ave., Hillsborough
- Aug. 8, 5 to 7 p.m., Northern Human Services Center, cafeteria, Cedar Grove Park, 5800 NC Highway 86
- Aug. 13, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Efland-Cheeks Community Center 117 Richmond Road, Efland
- Aug. 14, 5 to 7:00 p.m., Mebane Arts and Community Center, 633 Corregidor St., Mebane
