One killed, two injured in Henderson shooting

Police were called to 406 Rowland Street in reference to a shooting just before 8:30 p.m.

HENDERSON, N.C. — One person has died and two others were injured in a Sunday night shooting in Henderson.

Police were called to 406 Rowland St. in reference to a shooting just before 8:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they found William Glen Nicholson, 44, of Warrenton, suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said he died from his injuries before they arrived.

Two other people received non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting.

Police said the location of the incident was at the home of Nicholson's wife, Kadashia Perry, 26, where she and several other relatives live.

Authorities said a fourth person is currently being interviewed, and the investigation has been deemed a domestic-related incident.
