One killed, one in serious condition in hospital after crash in Fayetteville

One person was killed and another is in the hospital after a crash that happened Tuesday in Fayetteville.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — One person was killed and another is in the hospital after a crash that happened Tuesday in Fayetteville.

Fayetteville Police reported the crash happened on All American Expressway between I-295 and Santa Fe Drive just before 10 a.m. Lucille Quann, 75, of the 1500 block of Mintz Avenue died at the scene. Ana Hernandez, 24, of Spring Lake, was driving the other vehicle, which also had two juveniles.

Hernandez was in the hospital in critical but stable condition. The two juveniles were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The area where the crash happened was closed for around three hours.
