One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening in Fayetteville, authorities said.



<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening in Fayetteville, authorities said.

At about 6 p.m., 2003 Dodge Caravan was traveling north on Rim Road and a 1995 Ford Mustang was traveling south on Rim Road when they collided near the Rembrandt Drive intersection.

The driver of the Dodge Caravan, Johnny Henry Murphy, 71, died.

The driver of the Ford Mustang, Roy Oliver Brown, 38, has minor injuries.

Rim Road is re-opened for normal traffic flow.
