State Highway Patrol officials have identified six-year-old Laura Davis as the child who was killed after a single-vehicle crash in Harnett County on Saturday.
Davis is the child of the driver, who is in serious condition at WakeMed. Two other children involved in the crash are in intensive care.

Sgt. Jimmy Stahl with the N.C. Highway Patrol confirmed to WRAL's Lora Lavigne that the crash happened around 6:45 p.m. on Cameron Hill Road near the intersection of Gilchrist Road, in the Cameron area. A Jeep was seen overturned in the middle of the road. David died at the scene. Stahl said speed was a factor in the crash.
The two children who were injured were flown to Duke and UNC hospitals. One is another child of the driver and the other is his niece.
Troopers were still investigating and no charges have been announced.
