O2 Fitness: FREE workouts February 23-25

In celebration of Heart Health Awareness Month, all Triangle O2 Fitness locations are offering FREE programs for members and non-members from February 23-25.

February is Heart Health Awareness Month, a month that raises awareness about heart disease and encourages people to lead a heart-healthy lifestyle.

This month, O2 Fitness is encouraging you to not only warm up your heart, but to warm up your body at the gym and fall in love with fitness.

In celebration of Heart Health Awareness Month, all Triangle O2 Fitness locations are offering FREE programs and gym access for members and non-members from February 23-25. Pre-registration is not necessary for these dates. Just come in and work out.

Other events being offered this month include:


* Gym & Juice (Feb. 17th, 8:30am-10:30am) Sample 15 minutes classes including Body Pump, Body Sculpt and CxWORX. Follow-up this sampler with freshly squeezed juice. and is open to members and non-members, so bring your whole crew!


* Bring a Buddy (Feb. 12th-18th) Bring your sweetheart to your already scheduled Personal Training session.
