Posted — UpdatedFelicia Louis Rocchi, 52, of 406 N. English Hill Lane, faces three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
Insurance department investigators said that Rocchi submitted falsified insurance claims totaling $129,448.20 for 7,337 15-minute counseling sessions. Instead, investigators said, she had conducted only 931 counseling sessions valued at $13,221.40.
Rocchi was processed at the Chapel Hill Police Department and released under a $10,000 unsecured bond.
