North Hills restaurant welcomes new executive chef

New Mexico native Heather Miro joined the team during the coronavirus pandemic.
"I love their concept. I love everything that they do. We are 99 percent scratch kitchen," Miro said. "That really drew me to the company."
Miro worked previously at Yard House and Seasons 52. Before that, she was a chef at at a restaurant at Disney World's Hollywood Studios. And despite being located in Hollywood Studios, Miro said her favorite ride is the Yeti in Disney's Animal Kingdom.
"It was like one of the best roller coasters there," Miro said.
Stir, which recently reopened its dining room, has a few new menu items to offer including a Green Tea Matcha Cheesecake and Vegan Poke Bowl.
