Diamante is celebrating the 2017 Latino Diamante Awards on October 14, 2017, at The Cary Art Center auditorium in Cary, NC. We want to invite you to nominate an outstanding individual or an organization to be recognized at the 22nd Annual celebration for the awards.

Diamante is celebrating the 2017 Latino Diamante Awards on Oct. 14, 2017, at The Cary Art Center auditorium in Cary, NC. We want to invite you to nominate an outstanding individual or an organization to be recognized at the 22nd Annual celebration for the awards.

The Latino Diamante Awards are presented each year, to honor individuals or organizations that are making significant contributions to the Latino/Hispanic Communities of North Carolina and whose success helps to enhance the image of the Latino/Hispanic community.

We need your help to identify, reflect and honor the unsung heroes and the movers and shakers that support the development, well-being and growth of the Latino community. It is easy to make an online nomination, just visit www.latinodiamanteawards.org.

Deadline for nominations is Sept. 1. Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:

Arts & Culture – Arte y Cultura

Business – Empresa/Empresario

Community Involvement – Trabajo en la Comunidad

Education – Educación

Health and Science – Salud y Ciencia

Latino Advocacy – Defensor de los Latinos

Youth Accomplishment “scholarship” – “Beca” Logro Juvenil
