Are you a ninja?

Well, Saturday you have a chance to put those skills to the test.

The Ninja Challenge, a 5K obstacle course, will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 710 Purfoy Road in Fuquay-Varina.

Competitors face 15 obstacles that test their athleticism. Those obstacles include climbing or jumping over 12-foot walls with no ropes, swinging from pipe to pipe (monkey bar style) over water, and dodging "enemy" attacks.

According to the event website, the race is designed for all skill levels. They recommend running in groups so you can work as a team. If you are uncomfortable with an obstacle, you can just do push ups, sit ups or up downs instead.

It is $65 to enter and your ticket includes a t-shirt, headband, a free beer (only if you are 21 and older) and access to the music and food vendor area. It is $10 a ticket for spectators. Children 13 and under get in free. The tickets get you a free beer (only if you are 21 and older), access to the food and music vendor area and a free parking pass.

All net proceeds go to the Triangle Red Cross.
