GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, ARIZ. — Rangers in Grand Canyon National Park are searching for a North Carolina man missing for at least two days.

Andrew Brunelli, 43, was reported missing to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office Friday evening. Investigators determined he might be hiking in the Grand Canyon and alerted the National Park Service Saturday.

Rangers searching parking areas near major trailheads found a blue Hyundai Accent that had been rented to Brunelli.

Dispatchers said an aerial and ground search was to continue Monday. Searchers were concentrating on the Grandview-Hance and South Rim areas, although park officials said they have no itinerary for Brunelli's visit to the park.

He is described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has short- to medium-length hair and gray-blue eyes.
