House budget debate, the short version

The NC House is set to start debating its $19.3B budget proposal Tuesday at 9:00am. Here's a much shorter preview from Friday's On The Record, when our guests Majority Leader Skip Stam and former Dem budget chair Mickey Michaux laid down the likely outlines of Tuesday's debate.
Rep. Stam also said the GOP will give the governor "another chance" to sign a bill to extend federal unemployment benefits to more than 37,000 jobless North Carolinians.
