The Department of Agriculture has announced that the 2006 Premium Book is now available. You can get it online at http://www.ncstatefair.org/2006/06PremiumBook.htm in PDF format; it'll also be available at the Fairgrounds beginning mid-July. North Carolina residents can also call (919) 821-7400 to request a book by mail.
