New Rule Allows Small Businesses to Skirt Obamacare

FILE-- A cook waves toward a server at a restaurant in New York, Nov. 19, 2017. The Trump administration announced a sweeping new rule on June 19, 2018, that will make it easier for small businesses to band together and set up health insurance plans that skirt many requirements of the Affordable Care Act, offering lower costs but also fewer benefits. Officials said the new association health plans might appeal to restaurant workers. (Dan Balilty/The New York Times)
