Guns, Dead Boy’s Body and Puzzle for Officers at Squalid Compound

A photo provided by the Taos County Sheriff's Office of the compound in Amalia, N.M., where 11 malnourished children and the decomposing body of a young boy were discovered. Investigators continued on Aug. 9, 2018, to look into whether five adults, including a Georgia man whose father runs a mosque in Brooklyn, had been mistreating a group of children living with them in the rural compound in the desert north of Taos, possibly training them to carry out school shootings.
