A mother is facing charges after her 5-year-old daughter was died from being shot by another child who was playing with a gun.
A warrant shows that Morgan Nicole Deans was charged with selling/giving a weapon to a minor.

A funeral was held Friday for her daughter, Avah Gracelynn Bullock.
A grandmother told WRAL News that the 5-year-old was shot by her brother, who is 3. According to her obituary, Avah had three brothers and two sisters.
It's not known how exactly the child was able to get access to the gun.
Deans was given a $5,000 bond. Her first court date is scheduled for March 18 in Vance County.
