A search warrant shows a Duke Hospital employee found a hidden recording device in a bathroom while at work.
The employee noticed a box with latex gloves under the sink in a bathroom in late April.

When she moved the gloves, she found what "appeared to be a key fob," but after looking more closely, she realized it was a "recording device."
Police found videos on the device of three employees using the restroom that day.
Additional videos on the device -- filmed at a physical therapy business two days earlier -- showed a man "recording the female physical therapist while she was stretching him."
Investigators narrowed their search based on the man shown in the video, that therapist's customers, and the surveillance footage from Duke.
A Duke spokesperson said law enforcement officers have been able to identify the man, and he has been banned from Duke Health properties.
Because there were not criminal charges filed against the man by Thursday afternoon, WRAL News is not using his name
The warrant was executed to search his home in Cary.
According to the warrant, that man was a contract employee who worked for a Duke medical supply vendor.
He was "assigned to the area where the key fob recording device was found," the warrant said. The bathroom where the recording device was "an isolated, single stall restroom for employee use only," according to Duke.
The man's employer analyzed his computer and found files on his laptop with the first names of the women in the videos.
Some of the files dated back months.
The warrant says another Duke Hospital staffer who worked in that same area reported seeing similar object under the same bathroom sink in the past multiple times over a three-to-four month period.
