Thousands lost power and an outdoor fire sparked up Wednesday in Orange County.
In a post on Facebook, Eno Fire Department shared photos of a downed tree over power lines and a large outdoor fire.

Officials have not said what caused the tree to fall or the fire to start. Crews said the area between Cole Mill and Pleasant Green roads near US-Highway 70 would be closed until Thursday morning.
As of 3:20 a.m. Thursday, seven customers in the area did not have power. Crews estimated power would be restored by 9 a.m.
According to Duke Energy officials, 1,597 customers were without power at the peak of the outage on Wednesday evening. Power was restored to most by 10:30 p.m.
