Durham teen shot dead, police investigating

An 18-year-old man is dead after being shot multiple times in Durham.

Durham police were called to reports of gunshots around 1:05 p.m. on Wednesday on Marbella Grove Court.

When officers arrived, they found a man who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Police said he was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Police have not released his name.

Police said the shooting is believed to be isolated, and their investigation is still ongoing.
