Raleigh offers work to youths
Raleigh's Summer Youth Employment program kicks off Friday.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh's Summer Youth Employment program kicks off Friday.
The city will provide jobs, training and career counseling for 160 teens ages 14 years old to 18 years old. The program is open to teens who live in Raleigh.
They will work 20 to 35 hours per week and make $7.25 per hour.
The program runs June 13 through August 12.
Interviews will be held today through March 30th at various locations.
