RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were investigating a woman's death Sunday afternoon after she was found with injuries at an apartment in the 800 block of W. Morgan Street.

Police arrived at the Cameron Court apartment complex shortly before 2 p.m. after receiving a call about a woman being injured, police spokesman Jim Sughrue said.

The woman, later identified as 23-year-old Courtney Danielle Rosman, was transported to WakeMed where was was pronounced dead, Sughrue said.

Rosman "sustained cuts," according to Lt. Andy Murr, who wouldn't provide additional details concerning her cause of death.

However, the preliminary findings of detectives do not point towards foul play being involved, authorities said.
