Rocky Mount, N.C. — Two children injured in a car accident in Rocky Mount Sunday have been released from the hospital.
One of the boys needed stitches to close a head wound, but both were in good condition Monday their grandmother reported.
A pickup truck carrying the two children and their grandparents flipped over at the corner of Wesleyan Boulevard and Harbor West Drive.
Witnesses said another vehicle ran a red light and hit the pickup, causing the accident.
