Police are investigating the death of a man found outside a home in Raleigh.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police are investigating the death of a man found outside a home in Raleigh.

Emergency responders were called to a house on Damon Court shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and found Phillip Michael Hart, 21, outside, police said.

Hart was taken to WakeMed, where he died.

A state medical examiner determined Thursday that foul play was involved, but police have not said how Hart died.

Anyone with information that might assist detectives is asked to call police at 919-890-3555 or Crime Stoppers at 919-226-CRIME.
