Fort Bragg Classrooms Filling Up

Fort Bragg soldiers take classes to prepare for post-military careers.
FORT BRAGG — Some Fort Bragg soldiers are preparing forlife after the military. Enrollment in college courses on post is up morethan 30 percent this year.

The government pays for these classes. It's one of the benefits ofmilitary service.Soldiers say it can be a struggle adding education to their already busyschedules, but Sgt. Bruce Washington of Fort Bragg says the army teaches soldiers to overcome obstacles.

There are currently so many soldiers, airmen and civilians takingclasses that Fort Bragg is running out of space.
