Commission members can't wait to show off their dream building. The minorleague hockey team is getting ready for the grand opening. And there'splenty of action off the ice, as workers scramble to finish in time forthe big night.
The construction won't be complete by Thursday. There's still quite abit of work to do behind the scenes and in the parking lots.
