RALEIGH — It's often said we must tackle tough problemsone step at a time, and that's what many were doing in Raleigh Sunday. Hundreds of people put on their walking shoes for the annual CROP Walk to raise money for the hungry all over the world.
Loriece Jernigan helped to organize the walk. She says part of themoney stays in this area.
Walkers also pounded the pavement in Cary to help fight hunger.That CROP Walk was expected to raise about $40,000.
