DURHAM — Virginia truck driver Esau Dixon might not beoff the hook after all. The Durham County District Attorney is set todecide if Dixon should be re-tried in connection with a deadly accidentlast summer on Interstate-85 in Durham.
Prosecutors say Dixon's erratic driving caused the crash near Durham,but a jury could not decide.
The trial ended last week without a verdict.
