Scarboro Family Establishes Memorial Fund

WENDELL — The family of a Wake County woman who policesay was killed by two students skipping school, has set up a memorialfund in her name.

The Isabelle Scarboro fund will profit the library at the North CarolinaSchool for the Deaf. The 79-year-old woman had three deaf children andis survived by many people who work for the school.

Anyone who would like may make a donation to ENCSD Foundation, P.O. Box2811, Wilson, 27894.

Scarboro was found dead in her house last Tuesday. A short timelater, police arrested two East Wake High School studentsand charged them with Scarboro's murder.
