Six-hundred stalks of illegal weed were found on the Halifax Countyborder. The street value-- more than a million dollars. A spotter in acivil air patrol plane saw the plants and guided agents on the ground.Officers say it was a pretty sophisticated operation.
"They had an irrigation system creak in teh area which they were theplants watered," says Lt. Scott Parker. "We also found other suppliesin the area they were utilizing to make it grow."
Drug agents plan to burn the pot at the local landfill.
