<b>RALEIGH</b> — The man charged with fatally shooting a RaleighPolice Detective is expected in court on Monday.

Police say Kawame Mays killed Detective Paul Hale last month inRaleigh.

Hale was trying to arrest Mays for another murder when he waskilled.

Mays is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
