APEX — Apex police say a man who shot his wifeand himself will face murder charges in connection with his wife's death.
Investigators say Allen and Linda Holman of Carpenter had a fightMonday morning. She left the scene in her car and he followed. He rammedher car several times during a high speed chase that ended in Apex.When they got out of their cars Allen Holman allegedly shot and killed hiswife, then returned to their home near Morrisville where he shot himself
He's recovering from his wounds.
